Right Machine Selection
Before purchasing an ultrasonic cleaning machine, the type of parts to be cleaned, production volume, required cleanliness level and facility requirements must be carefully evaluated. Wrong machine selection leads to both efficiency loss and cost increase.
Selection Criteria
1. Tank Size
A tank 20-30% larger than the largest part should be selected. The part should be able to move freely in the tank and should not be too close to the transducers.
2. Frequency
- Heavy dirty large parts: 25 kHz
- General purpose: 40 kHz
- Delicate parts: 80+ kHz
- Highest performance: Dual-frequency systems
3. Power (Watt)
10-20 Watts of ultrasonic power per liter of tank volume is required. Low power means insufficient cleaning, excessive power means material damage.
4. Automation Level
- Manual (Eco series): Small workshops
- Semi-automatic (Pro): Medium-scale production
- Fully automatic (Mega): Large production lines
- Robot transfer: Serial production
5. Additional Features
Features such as heating, filtration, sweep, degas, digital generator, PLC control, fully automatic conveyor system should be evaluated according to your application.
